For 20 years, Caroline Faillet has been a digital entrepreneur and is one of the pioneers of digital markerting and influence discipline in France. She founded Opinion Act, a French digital strategy consulting firm in 2004 that is now part of the JIN Group. She advises large organizations and executives in their digital vision. She is the author of several essays on tech and its implications for communications: The Art of Digital War (2016), How to decipher fake news? (2018) and Web3, the new digital war (2022). She also teaches digital strategy and influence at HEC and at the Military School (IHEDN, Institute of Higher National Defense Studies).
