Frédéric Tran Kiem

Frédéric Tran Kiem has been Director of Digital and Innovation for the RATP Group since May 2021. He has 30 years of experience in the field of IT and innovation. He first worked in an IT services company as a consultant. In 1999, he joined the Orange innovation teams as Next Gen network project manager. He then held various positions in the field of IT and transformation, such as: manager of office automation outsourcing in Ile-de-France, manager of billing developments for Orange France, manager of performance at the IT department of Orange France, manager of cloud engineering. He then joined the Bouygues group, first as head of back-office developments for Bouygues Telecom, then as CIO for Bouygues Immobilier. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom Paris Tech in computer science. His motto: build high-performance teams.
