Mrs Janssens currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Selinko. Selinko’s solution protects 1.5 billion worth of assets. Its growth and expertise is fuelled by the French luxury ecosystem. Since 2022, Selinko is a proud member of « La Maison des Startups », the LVMH incubator program.
Prior to joining Selinko, Mrs Janssens held various leadership positions at Microsoft across Europe and Africa. She joined Microsoft as a member of the Belgian Microsoft Executive team and a board member of the Microsoft Innovation Center. In 2017, she relocated to Africa with her family to become the country manager for the Southern Africa cluster (Angola, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia). She was part of the leadership team of Microsoft that managed 65 countries across Africa & the Levant region. Upon her return to Europe, she led the Western Europe manufacturing practice before joining Selinko.
She is an advocate of diversity and inclusion at board level, a member of “Women on Board” and one of the 2020 ”Inspiring Fifty” Belgian women in Tech. She serves on the MBA admissions committee of the BAEF (Belgian American Education Foundation) and as a board member of the Fondation Universitaire.
Mrs Janssens started her career as a strategic consultant at Bain & Company and has held various sales management positions in Belgium and abroad in Telecom and Tech sector. She is a BAEF fellow, holds an MBA from the Chicago Booth school of business, a commercial engineer master’s degree from KUL and a commercial engineer bachelor’s degree from UCL.
Mrs Janssens is fluent in 4 languages and holds both Belgian and Swiss citizenship. She is married and is the mother of three teenage boys.
