Elena co-founded InnoEnergy in 2010, a private company focused on accelerating sustainable energy innovations to foster the Energy Transition.
As the Innovation Director of InnoEnergy, she leads the development of major InnoEnergy efforts in creating and accelerating startups and scaleups in the energy field, including the investment process in such ventures. Today, InnoEnergy portfolio holds more than 180 companies, including three industrial unicorns.
She is also Professor at ESADE Business & Law School since 1998 in Operations and Innovation Management. Her experience in Corporate Entrepreneurship includes the creation of two spin-offs: InnoEnergy and Ten, both from research backgrounds.
