He leads the team who takes care of Digimind's clients globally, helping them build their social listening strategy. As well as identifying the right influencers, adapting their communication and content to their audience expectations, identifying the key insights, and early identifying crises.
He is passionate about leveraging social media intelligence and market insights to help businesses make data-driven decisions.
Prior to this position, Romain was EMEA Sales Director at Digimind and Global Sales Director at Citron.
