He was a general inspector in the Ministry of Education in Korean government, especially about curriculum and textbook development for secondary education.
Before, he has a 15 years of teaching experience in the agricultural high-school about food science.
He graduated Seoul National University in Korea, and attained master degree in the University of Blaise Pascal in France.
He is working about educational policy of Korean language as a foreign language in secondary school in France.
