Laure Debos is Executive Vice President & Co-General Manager at EPSILON France since 10 October 2019.
She graduated from ENSAE (Paris, France) and began her career in 2003 at Dentsu. She then joined Publicis Groupe in 2007 where she was in charge of strategic tools and media planning for Zenith Optimedia. In 2012, Laure gradually expanded her scope to all consumer, media and marketing studies, as well as all statistical methods for measuring effectiveness and optimizing ROI for all Publicis Groupe customers. With a team of 50 consultants, data scientists, qualitative and quantitative, she started managing the Data Sciences expertise center of Publicis Media France in 2016, which brought together the Consumer Experience and Data Consulting entities. In 2019, she is appointed Executive Vice President of Epsilon France, Publicis Groupe’s datamarketing entity where she manages 700 marketing, data & technology experts.
