I am a Senior Executive in the Sports, Events and Entertainment industries who believes that leadership is all about being human. My strategic vision of the context, combined with determination and orientation to achieve the target, has allowed me to cover several Executive roles and to develop a true entrepreneurship attitude in many challenging and dynamic scenarios, wearing many hats in my 25 years-career. From the Turin Olympic Committee, to General Manager of Filmmaster, until another Olympic challenge: the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 - the biggest sport event in the World - I have had the privilege to work on many international projects in many different fields, ranging from Sport Industry (event organization, sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, media rights and club management) to Venue Management (Stadium, Indoor Arena, Special Sport Venue, Theater and Theme Park), and from Ceremonies (Institutional Celebrations, Building Openings, Brand Events, Brand Activation) to Entertainment (Live Music and Shows, TV Format & Shows, Visitors’ Experience and Rights). During my career, I also had the opportunity to act as board member of an English Football League team, advising on venue development (stadium management, revenues and operations, and the football Academy’s facilities). My core values are transparency & honesty and I reach my goals leveraging on my passion and energy in what I do.
