Samantha Daude Di Nacera
Global Director of Direct eCommerce
Samantha Daude Di Nacera has been recently appointed as Global Direct eCommerce Director for L’OREAL Group. She was previously Vice President and Chief Digital and Marketing Officer (CDMO) at L'Oréal Canada since April 2019. After a very successful 20+ year career in various companies such as start-ups and large multinational groups like Estee Lauder Companies and LVMH in New York and Paris, she joined the L'Oréal Group in 2010 . Samantha first joined the L'Oréal's Consumer Products division, based in France, where she successfully held the positions of Global Director of Digital Media, and then Director of e-Commerce Worldwide. She later took on the responsibilities of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of the L'Oréal Luxury division for the Western Europe Zone in 2016, before moving to Canada in 2019. With a degree in Marketing from Reims Neoma Business School, a leading French business school, she has developed a true passion for reinventing the beauty industry through digital through her varied and diverse professional experiences. Samantha has succeeded in defining a collaborative global roadmap integrating e-Commerce, CRM and digital services. She has contributed to the acceleration of eCommerce within the L'Oréal Group brands and to the implementation of a CRM platform in several countries in Europe. Over the years, Samantha has continued creating new standards for L’Oreal Canada on media with the efficient use of 1P data, on Services and innovation with an Open Innovation Program leveraging the AI ecosystem of Canada and the launch of the 1st L'Oréal Canada Data Lab powered by Data Science. On eCommerce, the turnover has been multiplied by 2.5 in 3 years. During her tenure, L’Oréal Canada has also been accelerating on data with the launch of a Consumer Data Lake with a penetration of nearly 50% of Canadian women consumers. Throughout her professional career, Samantha has developed a consumer obsession and a passion for digital, eCommerce and CRM within Beauty and Retail using data to create value. Samantha is committed to developing her teams with a close and caring approach.
