As graduates of ENSEEIHT and a Master’s degree from ISG, Véronique Beaumont, 56, has more than 30 years of experience in digital transformation and structuring innovative and growing activities. She began her career in 1988 at Sagem where she worked for eight years in various marketing and commercial functions. In 1996, convinced by the power of digital technology, she took the opportunity to join Sema Group Consulting to develop its E-business practice at European level. In 1999, as the Internet developed strongly, she joined the team of TBWA Interactive, a newly created web agency. In 2002, the Internet bubble exploded but convinced that the Internet was still in its infancy, she took the head of Sales and then operations of Business Interactif, an independent Web agency. In 2007, when Business Interactif was acquired by Publicis to become Digitas France, she became Director of International Business Development in connection with the Digitas global network. At the end of 2009, she was appointed Managing DIrector of Digitas France, then in 2013 her role was extended to Chief Growth Officer of the South Europe region. In 2016, she became CEO of DigitasLBi France. In 2018, when Publicis decided to merge DigitasLBi and Razorfish to create Publicis Sapient France, she was appointed CEO of this new company, which was reinforced at the end of 2018 by the acquisition of Xebia. She was also promoted to the Executive Committee of Publicis France. She leaves the Publicis group in December 2020 to explore new opportunities in the French Tech. Since then she has accompanied Maurice Levy in the deployment of L'Escalator, a «social» incubator intended for people who wish to engage in entrepreneurship, but lack of training, means, relationships or the necessary initial seed funds.
