Carl Hoffmann co-founded Talentry GmbH in 2013 and, as CEO, developed it into one of the most successful European HR start-ups. Since the merger of Talentry with CleverConnect in June 2022, Carl is responsible for business development and internationalization as Co-Founder and COO of CleverConnect. As a Franco-German company, CleverConnect aims to address the skills shortage in Europe with the most advanced technologies.
Under Carl's leadership, Talentry has received multiple awards, such as the HR Excellence Award, the HR Innovation Award and as a Top 10 HR-Tech Solution Provider. Business Punk magazine says: one of the top 100 founders, doers and creatives 2020 in Germany.
