Melanie Sweet is SVP, Global Talent Advisory at MediaLink. An industry veteran with 20+ years of global experience in digital strategy, marketing, media, and technology, she has deep connections to the most influential technology and marketing leaders in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. Melanie joined from Media company S4 Capital, where she sat within a smaller global consultancy group focused on architecting premier partnerships and led the Asia Pacific strategy for MediaMonks. Before that, she held strategic roles at Google in Sydney, London and New York, becoming Head of Strategy, Agency, and Large Advertiser Marketing. At Google, she architected and launched Squared - a foundational digital education and qualification platform still utilized by Google globally today. Melanie started her career in Australia as the founding member of several digital teams at top global agencies, including Tribal DDB and M&C Saatchi. Melanie has always been in transformation roles, empowering the c-suite to set new strategies with full knowledge of the resulting human capital and tech impact. She is regularly called upon to share her expertise and opinions at conferences and in industry publications. Melanie lives in Windsor with her partner and 5-year-old daughter.
