He has deep expertise in delivering digital & analytics transformations at leading pharmaceutical companies, both for Commercial and R&D organizations.
Before joining McKinsey, Baldo conducted bioengineering research in the US and Europe. He earned a PhD from the University of California at San Diego with a thesis on cellular mechanics and was a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow at the AMOLF Institute in the Netherlands.
