Isabelle Loc is Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, a global equipment finance solutions provider operating in diverse markets ranging from agriculture, materials handling and construction, to IT, healthcare, telecoms and green tech. In 2022, the company posted €14 billion in new business volume and grew its total portfolio to €38 billion. Isabelle became CEO in May 2021. Previously, Isabelle served as EMEA Head of Real Assets at BNP Paribas’ Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) division where she leveraged the Bank’s extensive capabilities in financing and advisory services to drive client value across multiple sectors including transportation, real estate, export finance, energy and infrastructure. Between 2013 and 2016, Isabelle was responsible for a portfolio of strategic global clients in her capacity as a Senior Banker. Isabelle first joined BNP Paribas in 2010 within the CIB Global Equity & Commodity Derivatives team as Front Office Project Director, and in 2013, she was promoted to Secretary of the BNP Paribas Executive Committee. Earlier in her career between 2007 and 2010, Isabelle worked at McKinsey & Company as Engagement Manager. She has a master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and graduated from École Polytechnique with an MSc in Physics and Economics.
