Lareina Yee is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company. She is the Chair of McKinsey’s Technology Council and brings over 20 years of experience in advising companies on strategy, growth and organizational health. She previously served as McKinsey’s first chief diversity and inclusion officer and member of the executive team. Lareina has led research on diversity and gender for over a decade and co-founded of Women in the Workplace, a research partnership with LeanIn.org and The Wall Street Journal. She is a board member of The San Francisco Ballet and Safe & Sound, a non-profit focused on child-abuse prevention.
