Joined Hewlett Packard in 1966, the year they entered the computer business. Spent 18 years and left as General Manager of worldwide computer marketing. Joined a startup as CEO and delivered the first 10mb broadband network in 1985. Merged with Ungermann-Bass and joined Office of the President. Sold to Tandem Computers. Became VP Marketing at Apple when Steve was fired. Joined Accel partners in 1989 as they were raising fund 3 (now on fund 15) and became a member of World Economic Forum in the mid ‘90s. Elected to the Board of Directors and eventually to the Executive Committee. Spend time today with my wife who was Managing Partner of Mohr Davidow Ventures as we seek out early-stage companies. I sit on the Board of the Eurasia Group Foundation run by Ian Bremmer.
