Hawa Dramé, a graduate of ESCP Business with a specialisation in social entrepreneurship, quickly focused on the issues related to entrepreneurship in underprivileged neighbourhoods and diversity by carrying out several studies and actions in this field. Today, as an entrepreneur and consultant, she is developing the Time2start incubator on the ground in order to support project leaders from diverse backgrounds and accelerate entrepreneurs. Driven by the conviction that the economic development of territories requires the creation of ecosystems of excellence and the enhancement of existing skills, particularly with regard to entrepreneurship, she is dedicated to promoting equal opportunities and the fight against discrimination through her various commitments (LinkedIn ChangeMakers, member of the Fondation de France's anti-discrimination commitment committee, president of Fepda, member of the board of L'Ascenseur ....) Today, through Time2start, she provides comprehensive training programmes and innovative concepts to address the problems of developing communities. So far, more than 250 projects have been selected, 180 entrepreneurs finished the programme, and 90 jobs have been created.
