Since joining in 2022, she’s been responsible for driving forward Balderton’s impact strategy across the firm's investment decisions, operations and portfolio of 100+ companies. Prior to that, Elodie spent seven years at Deloitte working at the intersection of strategy, innovation and sustainable finance in the UK and Australia.
