Description

Governments must encourage innovation and the design of new tools to preserve democracy within an expanding digital space. To do so, they must build upon an open public infrastructures that constitutes the backbone on which can foster a free innovation yet still conform to the social and political preferences of the people. These preferences being directly integrated into these underlying systems, the commons, which transparently constitute both a technical basis and a normative relay.
