Creation of the Universal design label : How disability helps compagnies develop better products and services for all
People with disabilities are often forgotten or seen as a “problem” for companies developing products or services, because they need “more” or “ adaptations”. However, in innovation, extrem users are looked for, because they are a source of new strategies and prospects. Considering disabled people like extrem users is a way to develop products and services more useful, more sustainable, better for everyone. The association La Handitech launches a label on universal design to promote the companies which are engaged in this way of innovating.
